Welcome to CamMakes3D. These Tools & Credits Terms ("Tools Terms") supplement our master Terms of Service and govern your access to, purchase of, and use of our web-based design utilities, vector tracing systems, layout engines, and associated digital balances (collectively, "Online Tools") provided via https://cammakes3d.com (the "Site") by CamMakes3D ("we," "us," or "our").

By purchasing or using digital export credits, activating an unlimited usage pass, or executing automated tools on our Site, you agree to be bound by these Tools Terms in addition to our master Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not utilize these specific web services.

1. Credits and Unlimited Passes Structure

• Digital Export Credits: Credits constitute a prepaid, software-metered balance utilized exclusively to authorize and process a finished design file download or vector export from our paid Online Tools. Purchased Credits do not carry an expiration date and remain active for the operational life of the specific tool infrastructure.
• Unlimited Passes (No Auto-Renew): An unlimited usage pass grants a single account unrestricted access to execute exports for a fixed, pre-selected calendar duration (such as 30 or 365 days). Passes are prepaid in full, activate instantly at the moment of purchase, and automatically terminate when the designated term lapses. Unlimited passes do not auto-renew. You must manually purchase a new pass upon expiration to maintain uninterrupted access.
• No Cash Value & Non-Transferable: Credits and unlimited passes are digital software configurations with no inherent property rights. They carry zero real-world cash value, accrue no interest, and cannot be resold, exchanged, leased, gifted, or transferred between distinct user accounts or combined across separate profiles under any circumstances.

2. Strict All Sales Final Policy

• Non-Refundable Digital Deliverables: All purchases of digital export Credits, processing tiers, and unlimited passes are completely final, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable. This strict non-refundability policy applies directly to any remaining unused Credit balances or unused portions of a fixed-term pass if you change your mind or choose to stop utilizing the Online Tools. We strongly advise purchasing only the specific volume required for your current design scope.

3. One Person Per Account (Anti-Sharing Rules)

• Single-Individual Licensing: All user accounts, access credentials, and unlimited usage passes are strictly limited to a single, unique individual. Sharing a single account profile or pass across multiple operators—or attempting to use one account to service teams, corporate groups, or multiple distinct makers—is strictly prohibited.
• Fair Use Thresholds: Unlimited plans and passes are governed by a reasonable daily export threshold and automated software verification checks. We deploy tracking metrics to flag rapid, robotic, or concurrent account activity that indicates unauthorized multi-user access or industrial scraping.

4. Infrastructure Misuse and Account Suspension

• Revocation Without Refund: CamMakes3D reserves the complete and absolute right to suspend, limit, filter, or permanently terminate any user account, current credit balance, or active pass—without warning, liability, or financial refund—where we reasonably suspect or log activities indicating account sharing, unauthorized commercial resale, automated bulk bot execution, chargeback fraud, or any breach of these Terms.
• Usage Metrics Logging: To actively enforce our digital protections and ensure the security of our hosting systems, we automatically record server-side activity metadata, including originating IP addresses, device identifiers, and timing diagnostics (see our Privacy Policy).

5. Provided "As Is" (Fabrication Disclaimer)

Our Online Tools, compilers, and trace outputs are provided strictly on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties or guarantees of any kind, express or implied. Exported files are automatically translated from the raw artwork, resolution settings, and tolerances you manually supply.

You assume absolute legal and mechanical responsibility for opening, inspecting, scaling, and confirming the structural accuracy of every vector file or design asset before sending it to physical production hardware.

CamMakes3D is completely free from liability regarding:

• Wasted production materials, including plexiglass, wood, filaments, or marine vinyl.
• Damage caused to physical tools, including 3D printers, CNC routers, or laser cutters.
• Operational losses, missed manufacturing deadlines, or subsequent real-world property damage.

6. Feature Modifications and Service Discontinuation

We reserve the right to alter tool mechanics, modify credit consumption rates, change pass pricing structures, and update these Tools Terms at any time without prior liability. Furthermore, we may add, rebuild, or entirely discontinue any Online Tool or the server service itself. If the online processing service is permanently discontinued, all remaining unused credit balances and active pass windows may be permanently forfeited without refund or cash compensation.
