1. Shipping & Processing

• Made-to-Order Timelines: Most of our physical products, custom components, and marine accessories are fabricated or processed to order. Items typically enter production immediately and ship within a few business days from our facility in Tennessee.
• Tracking Delivery: As soon as your shipping label is generated, an automated notification containing tracking details will be emailed to the address provided during checkout.
• Risk of Loss: All physical items purchased from the Site are delivered pursuant to a standard shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and legal title for such items pass to you upon our delivery of the package to the shipping carrier.

2. Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

• Custom & Made-to-Order Restrictions: Because many of our items are explicitly custom-built, laser-cut, or 3D-printed based on your unique specifications (such as individualized color selections, custom boat registration numbers, or made-to-fit dimensions), they cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled once production has commenced.
• Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: We stand behind our craft. If your item arrives physically damaged from transit, exhibits a blatant production defect, or does not match the specifications of your order, please contact us at chris@cammakes3d.com within fourteen (14) days of delivery. Provide your order number along with clear photographs of the issue, and we will promptly make it right via repair, replacement, or store credit.

3. 30-Day Limited Warranty

CamMakes3D provides a 30-day limited warranty on all new physical products purchased directly from our Site. This warranty covers documented manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship under normal, intended use conditions. This limited warranty does not cover:

• Standard cosmetic wear and tear, material weathering from marine environments, or UV degradation.
• Damage caused by improper installation, structural modifications, or mounting parts on unsuitable hull locations.
• Accidental impact damage, overloading, collisions, or structural failures occurring while the vessel is under power on the water.

4. Governing Law and Legal Venue

This Shipping & Returns Policy, alongside any separate fulfillment agreements, shall be governed by and construed strictly in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You explicitly agree that any legal action, formal dispute, or judicial proceeding arising out of or relating to these physical products, shipping terms, or your use of our storefront shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Knox County, Tennessee, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and exclusive venue of such courts.

5.1 Choking, Ingestion, and Edges Hazard

WARNING: HAZARDOUS FOR CHILDREN AND PETS. Many 3D-printed and laser-cut parts contain small hardware components, structural fragments, or sharp manufacturing lines. These present severe choking, suffocation, or physical injury hazards. Keep all small components completely out of reach of children and domestic animals.

5.2 Packaging and Suffocation Hazard

Protective plastic bags, shipping wrap, and boxed packaging materials are not toys. Always break down and safely dispose of all shipping packaging materials immediately upon receipt to completely prevent accidental suffocation or ingestion hazards.

5.3 Misuse, Alteration, and Operating Hazards

Altering, drilling, filing down, disassembling, or using any CamMakes3D physical product for any purpose other than its expressly stated, engineered, and intended marine or workspace utility completely voids your 30-day manufacturer warranty. Misuse can introduce extreme safety hazards, including structural part failure, hull leaks, hardware separation while underway on the water, or severe equipment damage.
